We do not share any space. It is located near the city center, just a couple of minutes by public transportation or a 15 min walk. The Dijksgracht is a quiet street, and you can swim in front of the door, yet it is only 2 tram stops away from Central Station. Our little place has a living room, with a sofa(bed), dining table and kitchenette, which is for your use only. The kitchen is small but fully equipped with a fridge, 2 heating plates, a microwave/grill, coffe and tea maker and a dishwasher. Downstairs, there is a small cosy bedroom with a rack to hang your clothes. The bed measures 1.60*2.00m. Also downstairs: the bathroom, for your use only. With a jacuzzi for 2 people! With optional music & colored lights, you'll love it...! And it also has a separate shower. We're looking forward t having you as our guests!

We are very near to the centre, a 3-minute tram ride (2 stops) or 15 min walk (1,5 km or 1 mile) to central station.
At the very end of our street is Hanneke's Boom, with a large & sunny terrace where you can enjoy nice drinks & a variety of snacks Their menu also offers pretty decent food. Also at the end of our street, is Mediametic, a vibrant art centre with lectures, workshops, art projects and a nice terrace. Arty farty. Another nice place to visit on walking distance: a few hunderd meters from the end of our street is the "Bimhuis", a beautiful music venue where exiting gigs - mostly jazz and modern- from wellknown international jazz artists as well as local new talent take place.
Paid parking in front of the door. Only a 3 minute walk from public transportation. It takes a 5 Minute bike ride to the centre, or a 15 minute walk.
